I am Jemma Collins the founder and owner of Jellybean Recruitment Ltd.

Jellybean Recruitment Ltd was born in 2024. Just as jellybeans come in various colours and flavours, so too do the jobs and individuals we all encounter in our personal journeys!

Having resided in Suffolk my entire life and having accumulated over 15 years of experience in the recruiting field across East Anglia, I possess a deep affection for the industry.   I have worked at some great places over the years, BT, Ipswich Town FC, Prosper Hospitality Recruitment and Adnams to name a few. I have met some remarkable individuals along the way that have remained not only clients but personal friends too.

I love chatting and meeting new people and with an extensive network of professionals from a wide range of sectors cultivated throughout my career,  this enables me to provide valuable assistance, guidance, and support to both clients and candidates alike as they navigate their recruitment paths. I operate an open and honest approach and recruiting, when executed effectively for all stakeholders, is profoundly rewarding.
